Connectivity is the ability to install, configure, and resolve the issues of various equipment and vendors working together to insure compatibility and performance. Original Equipment Manufacturers have been trained to install and maintain their own equipment only. They have little to no experience in fine tuning the real world configurations customers demand in today’s complex world of computers.
At Business Integrators Services, LLC (BIS) we are trained on equipment from most if not all of the potential vendors. We are experienced in the art of Connectivity and just what is required to make all the vendors work together peacefully while obtaining the highest possible performance.

How many customers do you service in the Greater Houston Area?
Our current customer base stands at 340 customers and GROWING! We have long term customers who started with us in the System 34/36 days, new customers, customers with AS/400’s, RISC 6000’s, E Server’s, and customers who have contracts on printers or PC’s only.
We take pride in understanding and serving the special needs of each of our customers, and our attention to detail, friendly, fast, and dependable service has earned the trust and outstanding long-term relationships with our customers.

Time is money – to both you as the customer, and to BIS itself. We have one of the largest part inventories possible. Our business is keeping you in business, and our reputation depends on minimizing your down time with quick response and a courteous, reliable and dependably solid fix utilizing quality parts.
Our people provide the quick response, the reliable problem determination, and the friendly attitude. Our extensive inventory provides the ability to quickly and reliably do the repair once we have identified the cause.
