A few words about Joe Tryba...

Joe Tryba is the head of our fantastic organization. Joe’s background includes a degree in Statistics and Data Processing, along with years of experience in the Computer and Service Industries.

Joe became a System Analyst while serving in the United States Army, and worked as a System Programmer and Manager once he became available in the business world. Finding good hardware service became so difficult for Joe as a customer that he branched out into Computer Maintenance in an effort to provide the level of service he thought all customers should receive.

Joe formed his original hardware service company in 1984 and managed it’s growth and success until 1994 when he received an offer too good to pass up by a large multi-national company. Joe became an award-winning manager at this company, but could do nothing but observe as the service levels and customer satisfaction he worked so hard to achieve were lowered – as profit was the single driving factor.

Joe once again decided to change this outlook and started Business Integrators Services, LLC in 1998. Taking with him the core group of technicians he knew, trusted and respected, Joe once again put the Customer, and Customer Satisfaction back on the top of the list of driving factors for his business.

As an employee of BIS, I can tell you that Joe has outstanding business and management skills, a strong sense of fairness, and a passion for life, family, golf, and boating. He is a great guy to work for, and an even better guy to have working for you. Just don’t give up strokes on a golf course as he also comes from a great golfing family – one of which plays on the PGA Tour.
